L’alimentation étant formée que de deux piles ou accus, le mobile doit fonctionner avec
une tension mini de 2,4Volts. Ce point est critique dans le choix des composants.
Les deux diodes D1 et D2 quasiment en parallèle sont utilisées pour générer une source
de lumière infrarouge vers le sol. La puissance lumineuse est réglable par RV1.
Deux montages identiques convertissent la lumière infrarouge réfléchie par le sol. Les
capteurs infrarouges T1 et T3, sont des phototransistors qui transforment la lumière reçue en
courant dont l’intensité est proportionnelle à cette lumière. Les résistances R3 et R6
convertissent ce courant en tension.
Les signaux obtenus sont isolés de la commande par des portes inverseuses. Elles
activent deux Del D3 et D4 qui s’allument pour indiquer de quel coté va tourner le robot. Et
de même, elles commandent les moteurs par deux transistors T2 et T4.
Le choix des résistances R4, R7 et de ces deux transistors est délicat. Les valeurs
choisies pour les résistances correspondent à la limite en courant de sortie pour les portes
inverseuses 74HC14. Les transistors choisis doivent avoir un gain en courant de 200 au
minimum.
Les diodes de roues libres D5 et D6 protègent les transistors des pointes de tension
générées par les moteurs.
Réalisation :
On découpe la plaque correctement, en limant les bords pour finir.
On perce, en premier, tous les trous avec un foret de 0,8mm, puis on reperce les trous
pour les composants plus gros, comme la résistance variable et l’interrupteur avec un foret
adapté.
Ensuite on soude les composants dans l’ordre habituel, les plus bas profils en premier,
le strap en premier, puis les résistances, le support de CI, les connecteurs, la résistance
variable, le condensateur, les diodes et les transistors en dernier.

Il sera peut-être nécessaire de changer les transistors pour des modèles à plus fort gain,
BC307 ou mieux ZTX603.
Maintenance :
Une erreur classique provient de l’inversion des Dels infrarouges D1, D2 et des
phototransistors T1, T3.
Les transistors peuvent se détruire. S’ils s’échauffent, les moteurs vont tourner moins
vite et plus du tout. C’est un signe que les transistors sont grillés.
Mécanique
Un châssis doit être réalisé pour supporter l’ensemble des éléments. Un plan de découpe
et de perçage est donné plus loin. Pour faire simple, il est conseillé d’acheter un bloc moteur
tout fait avec des roues adaptées. Plusieurs revendeurs proposent ce genre d’ensembles.
On fixera, en premier, le support de piles avec une vis plastique dont on coupera
l’excédent dessous. Puis on vissera le bloc moteur et on placera les roues choisies. La
deuxième vis plastique sert de troisième point d’appui pour l’ensemble. Il faudra la régler afin
que le châssis soit bien de niveau. On terminera par fixer la carte électronique avec les deux
vis métal.
Il ne vous restera qu’à préparer des petits fils pour relier les moteurs et l’alimentation.

Schéma électronique :
L’alimentation étant formée que de deux piles ou accus, le mobile doit fonctionner avec
une tension mini de 2,4Volts. Ce point est critique dans le choix des composants.
Les deux diodes D1 et D2 quasiment en parallèle sont utilisées pour générer une source
de lumière infrarouge vers le sol. La puissance lumineuse est réglable par RV1.
Deux montages identiques convertissent la lumière infrarouge réfléchie par le sol. Les
capteurs infrarouges T1 et T3, sont des phototransistors qui transforment la lumière reçue en
courant dont l’intensité est proportionnelle à cette lumière. Les résistances R3 et R6
convertissent ce courant en tension.
Les signaux obtenus sont isolés de la commande par des portes inverseuses. Elles
activent deux Del D3 et D4 qui s’allument pour indiquer de quel coté va tourner le robot. Et
de même, elles commandent les moteurs par deux transistors T2 et T4.
Le choix des résistances R4, R7 et de ces deux transistors est délicat. Les valeurs
choisies pour les résistances correspondent à la limite en courant de sortie pour les portes
inverseuses 74HC14. Les transistors choisis doivent avoir un gain en courant de 200 au
minimum.
Les diodes de roues libres D5 et D6 protègent les transistors des pointes de tension
générées par les moteurs.

Deux condensateurs de 47nF doivent être soudés aux bornes des moteurs.

On découpe la plaque correctement, en limant les bords pour finir.
On perce, en premier, tous les trous avec un foret de 0,8mm, puis on reperce les trous
pour les composants plus gros, comme la résistance variable et l’interrupteur avec un foret
adapté.
Ensuite on soude les composants dans l’ordre habituel, les plus bas profils en premier,
le strap en premier, puis les résistances, le support de CI, les connecteurs, la résistance
variable, le condensateur, les diodes et les transistors en dernier.

Il sera peut-être nécessaire de changer les transistors pour des modèles à plus fort gain,
BC307 ou mieux ZTX603.
Maintenance :
Une erreur classique provient de l’inversion des Dels infrarouges D1, D2 et des
phototransistors T1, T3.
Les transistors peuvent se détruire. S’ils s’échauffent, les moteurs vont tourner moins
vite et plus du tout. C’est un signe que les transistors sont grillés.
Mécanique
Un châssis doit être réalisé pour supporter l’ensemble des éléments. Un plan de découpe
et de perçage est donné plus loin. Pour faire simple, il est conseillé d’acheter un bloc moteur
tout fait avec des roues adaptées. Plusieurs revendeurs proposent ce genre d’ensembles.
On fixera, en premier, le support de piles avec une vis plastique dont on coupera
l’excédent dessous. Puis on vissera le bloc moteur et on placera les roues choisies. La
deuxième vis plastique sert de troisième point d’appui pour l’ensemble. Il faudra la régler afin
que le châssis soit bien de niveau. On terminera par fixer la carte électronique avec les deux
vis métal.
Il ne vous restera qu’à préparer des petits fils pour relier les moteurs et l’alimentation.
